Free collection is availalable from Monday to Sunday.

All orders can be collected from our store in Malvern.

Please have your order number ready on collection.

All our items come prepared in sealed, recyclable boxes.

If you are picking up your order from our local shop, we recommend placing your box on a flat surface of the car. On reaching your destination, place your items into the fridge.

Delivery is available from Monday to Sunday.

Before processing your order, please contact us. We will get back to you in the next 48hrs and confirm or not if we are able to assist you with your delivery. Fee will be updated accordingly with the delivery address requested.

Our deliveries are organised in two time slots:

- 10am - 12pm

- 1pm - 3pm

Your order will be delivered during your timeframe selected. However, we cannot garantee an exact time fof delivery within that window.

We will contact you within 48hrs to advise whether your request has been successful.

All deliveries within 10km from Millstone incur a fee of $35.

For all deliveries over 10km, you will need to contact us via email to confirm whether delivery is possible.

All our items are delivered in sealed boxes, and are kept refrigerated until delivery.

Please ensure to provide as much information on checkout to ensure a seamless delivery.

If you are having an order delivered to a restaurant or function room, please provide the contact details on checkout. Our team will get in contact with the event space to ensure the correct handling, storage and service procedure. Please also be sure to provide the opening hours of the venue.
