White With Red Heart: Two layers of vanilla bean cake, whipped brown butter & lime ganache, local strawberries & strawberry compote.

Pink With Red Heart: Two layers of rich chocolate buttercake, brown sugar, chocolate and sea salt whipped ganache, filled with a rich blackberry compote.

INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla Cake: Plain flour, salt, baking powder, bicarbonate soda, butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla bean & buttermilk.
Brown butter ganache: Thickened cream, butter, white chocolate, glucose, vanilla & lime zest
Chocolate Cake: Butter, caster sugar, eggs, plain flour, bicarbonate soda, baking powder, milk, dark chocolate, vanilla bean
Brown sugar ganache: Thickened cream, dark chocolate, sea salt, brown sugar & gelatin
Fillings: Strawberries, vanilla, blackberries, gelatin, sugar, lime zest
Buttercream: Egg whites, sugar, butter, vanilla bean
